Refund and Returns Policy.

Each item is shipped and inspected personally by our staff to void any shipping defects. All sales are final there are no returns or exchanges available .

Refunds/ Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must first email us within seven days of receiving the item at [email protected]. Items must be sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be excepted.

If items are returned, they must be in the same condition received; unused, original tags and it’s original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our customer service department will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. At which time you will be notified if the refund is approved according to policy. If a refund is due, you’ll be automatically refunded in your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7 to 10 days to take depending on your banking institution to process and post the refund to your bank.  account
